Public examination of dissertation on ranaviruses in fish and amphibians

Ranaviruses are found worldwide and they pose an increasing threat to both farmed and wild fish, amphibians and reptiles.

MSc. Riikka Holopainen (University of Helsinki, Faculty of Veterinary Science, Department of Veterinary Biosciences), who works as a Researcher at Finnish Food Safety Authority Evira, will defend her dissertation on 26 June 2012.

The public examination of the dissertation will take place in the Viikki Campus in Helsinki, in the Walter Hall of the EE Building, 2 Agnes Sjöbergin katu
Street, at 12 o'clock.
