Legislation – plant health regulations

Production sites and imported or marketed plants must be free of the harmful plant diseases and pests defined under EU and national plant health legislation. Inspections and prevention measures carried out to prevent the spread of harmful organisms are also based on regulations. Key plant health regulations are listed on this page.
