Sales and marketing of fruit and vegetables
Fruit and vegetables offered for sale must not host pests or organisms harmful to plant health. If it is suspected that a fruit or vegetable batch hosts any of these, the suspicion must be reported to a plant inspector from Evira or an ELY-centre without delay.
Moreover, fruit and vegetables must meet the requirements set on offering produce for sale.
