Cut flowers, potted plants and plants used in groups

All cut flowers offered for sale, as well as potted plants and plants used in groups, must be free of quarantine pests and diseases to prevent their becoming vectors for the spread of the above pests. Quarantine pests and diseases hosted by these plants include the sweet potato whitefly Bemisia tabaci, serpentine leafminers Liriomyza and a number of viruses.
