Evira participates in the International Green Week Fair in Germany
The aim is to portray a positive image of Finland in Germany, and to present the delicious Finnish culinary culture to the Fair visitors. The 250-m2 section of Finland is located in a hall that will be passed through by 80% of the half a million visitors. Finfood's bulletins and brochures are handed out and visitors are served Karelian pastries and berry pies baked in a large Tulikiviuuni furnace erected in the Finnish section.
The theme of the section is Natürlich aus Finnland – Naturally from Finland. The high-quality Finnish food chain is presented by personal introductions: a producer, an official, a chef.
