(Food Sciences) Saija Hallanvuo, an employee of Evira’s Microbiology Research Unit, (University of Helsinki, Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry, Department of Applied Chemistry and Microbiology and National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL), Deparment of Infectious Disease Surveillance and Control, Gastrointestinal Infections Unit), will defend her doctoral thesis on Fri 5.6.2009.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

The thesis is titled: Foodborne Yersinia : Identification and Molecular Epidemiology of Isolates from Human Infections  (pdf 17 kb)

The occasion occurs in Forest Sciences Building (House B), Auditorium 2, Latokartanonkaari 7, at 12 noon.
